About the Role
Description:
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered hospice care. In this role, you’ll support individuals and their families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care and emotional support to terminally ill patients
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care
Administer medications and manage symptoms
Make routine visits to monitor and respond to patient needs
Support family members, offering guidance and post-mortem care resources
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Assist in coordinating and supporting care team compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in the state of practice
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage on-call and weekend shifts as needed
Physically able to perform nursing duties (lift, bend, kneel, stand, etc.)
Hospice experience is welcomed but not required
